The short version.
This is a content and link website. It does not run behavioural advertising, sell visitor data, offer user accounts, or use cookies or local storage for analytics, advertising or personalisation.
You can browse without giving The Encore Gamer your name or email address.
Standard technical request information is still processed to deliver and protect the site. If you email Craig, the details you choose to send are used to reply and manage that conversation.
Who is responsible?
Craig, operating The Encore Gamer, is responsible for the personal information described here. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
Hosting & request logs.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like most web infrastructure, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, timestamp and security signals. This is used to deliver pages, keep the service reliable, prevent abuse and understand aggregate traffic.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and website performance, including navigation timings and Core Web Vitals. The browser loads Cloudflare’s lightweight analytics beacon from static.cloudflareinsights.com and sends its report to Cloudflare. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint people for analytics. The Encore Gamer uses the resulting reports as aggregate website and performance information, not to create visitor profiles.
Links beginning /go/ pass through this site before redirecting to the named platform. This makes aggregate link popularity visible in Cloudflare’s HTTP analytics. The Encore Gamer does not use those routes to build named visitor profiles.
For a small set of important actions—such as playing the trailer, opening YouTube or Discord, adding the schedule, copying the creator code or starting a press enquiry—the browser sends an empty request to a fixed /event/ address on this site. It contains no form contents, account details or custom visitor identifier and sets no cookie; only the aggregate request count is used.
Where UK data protection law applies, this technical processing is based on the legitimate interests of delivering a secure, reliable website and understanding aggregate use without behavioural tracking.
Technical data is kept according to the hosting configuration and only for as long as it is reasonably needed for service delivery, security, troubleshooting and aggregate reporting. Cloudflare may process data outside the UK under its own legal arrangements. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
The live-status and latest-video panels request public channel information through this site’s own server endpoints. No account sign-in is required.
External links & fonts.
The site’s typefaces are self-hosted and delivered from its own /assets/fonts/ directory. A visitor’s browser does not contact Google Fonts to display them.
Buttons can take you to TikTok, Kick, Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Meld Studio, Epic Games or other third-party services. Once you leave this website, that service controls its own data use, cookies and account activity. Review its privacy settings and terms before signing in or purchasing.
This notice covers theencoregamer.com only. Embedded or linked services are not controlled by The Encore Gamer.
When you send an email.
If you email [email protected], the message may include your name, email address, organisation and anything else you choose to provide. It is used to reply, assess an enquiry, arrange a collaboration and keep appropriate business records.
Correspondence is handled where necessary to take steps you request, to perform an agreed arrangement, to meet legal obligations, or for the legitimate interests of communicating and running creator partnerships.
Correspondence is kept only while it is reasonably needed for the conversation, a working relationship, accounting or legal obligations, or resolving a dispute. It is not sold. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Your data rights.
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to its use. These rights are not absolute and may not all apply to every request.
Your right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Explain what you object to and why so the request can be considered properly.
To make a request, email [email protected]. You can also learn about your rights or raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Creator & referral disclosures.
Recommendations remain Craig’s own. When content is sponsored, paid, gifted or part of a commercial campaign, it will be identified clearly on the relevant post, stream or page.
If you use creator code THEENCOREGAMER in Fortnite, Craig may receive a commission from qualifying purchases. It costs you nothing extra.
The Meld Studio button uses a tracked promotional/referral link and the ENCORE offer. Using it may benefit The Encore Gamer. Meld controls eligibility, pricing and the offer terms, which can change.
The TikTok Coins button contains a referral code. Using it may benefit The Encore Gamer. TikTok controls availability, eligibility and pricing; check the checkout details before buying.
Names belong to their owners.
The Encore Gamer is an independent creator site. Creator, affiliate or referral programme participation does not mean a platform owns, operates or endorses this website. Fortnite and Epic Games, TikTok, Kick, Twitch, YouTube and Google, Facebook and Instagram, Discord, Meld Studio, and all game titles, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Any specific sponsorship or partnership will be disclosed with the relevant content. Questions about a relationship or disclosure are welcome at the email address above.
